Wire Processing Machines and Cable Equipment
A wire processing line turns bulk cable into a finished harness through a fixed sequence of operations: cut and strip, crimp, tape and bundle, heat shrink, and weld. Turing builds machines for each of those stages in Dongguan, where we have manufactured since 2008 in a 20,000 m² plant with 110 staff and 16 R&D engineers. Machines are shipped to more than 50 countries, with over 10,000 units installed.
We are the factory, not a trading company. Dies and applicators are machined in-house on CNC vertical machining centres, every machine is run-in tested before shipment, and a pre-shipment video is recorded for each order. CE (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, LVD 2014/35/EU, EMC 2014/30/EU), ISO 9001 and RoHS certifications are held; certificate numbers are published on the factory page.

Measure, cut and strip insulation — pneumatic bench units through programmable cut-strip machines, plus coaxial, jacketed and busbar stripping.
