Tape Wrapping, Bundling and Cable Tying Machines
After termination, a harness is wrapped, tied and marked. Tape wrapping applies adhesive tape along a branch at a controlled pitch; bundling gathers branches into a fixed bundle; cable tying closes the bundle with a nylon tie or hook-and-loop strap. These are the operations most often still done by hand, and they are where labour cost concentrates on a harness line — which is why the wrap pattern, not the machine speed, is usually the first specification to fix.
A wrap operation is judged on overlap percentage and pitch consistency. A machine that holds both lets you move an operator to a value-adding station; a machine that varies pitch by hand produces rework at the inspection gate.

Tape Wrapping and Bundling Machine
Family entry point: taping and bundling heads, handheld through bench-top through in-line.
View machinesFull tape wrapping machine
Full (100 %) wrap along the branch for a continuous taped surface.
View machinesSingle Point Tape Wrapping Machine
Single-point and point-wrap heads, where tape is applied at intervals rather than continuously.
View machinesCopper Strip Tape Wrapping Machine
Copper strip and copper foil wrapping for shielding, where the wrapping material is conductive.
View machinesTape Cutting Machine
Tape cutting as a standalone operation — cold, hot and rotary knife, including shaped and hook-and-loop tape.
View machinesCable Winding and Bundling Machine
Winds a length of cable into a coil and ties it — figure-of-eight, circle and small-circle patterns.
View machinesNylon Cable Tie Bundling Machine
Applies nylon cable ties automatically, in handheld and desktop forms.
View machinesHose Expander
Expands the hose or sleeve so it can be drawn over a joint before bundling.

Applies labels and markers to the finished bundle.

Choosing within this family
Fix the wrap pattern before the machine.
Full wrap, single-point and spiral are different heads; the pattern is dictated by the harness drawing, not by preference.
Handheld, bench-top or in-line?
Handheld suits long branches and awkward geometry; bench-top suits short, repeated branches; in-line suits a taped branch inside an automatic line.
Tape type is a compatibility question.
Cloth, PVC, vinyl and hook-and-loop tape feed differently; confirm the tape before ordering.
Pitch consistency is the measurable quality variable.
Ask for the pitch tolerance over a branch, not for a speed figure alone.
Tie and wrap are separate decisions.
A machine can wrap without tying and vice versa; specifying both from the start avoids a second purchase.
