Wire Processing Solutions by Application
Wire harness and cable processing lines are configured around the application, not the machine: the terminal mix, the cable construction and the traceability requirement decide which stations the line needs. This page collects the applications we build for, each with its own equipment configuration, typical challenges and planning inputs.
Our equipment has been manufactured in Dongguan since 2008 and shipped to more than 50 countries: 20,000 m2 of plant, dies and applicators machined on our own CNC vertical machining centres, and every machine run-in tested at 100 % before shipment. Send a line layout or a target output and we will configure the stations to it.
Applications we build for
Each application page covers the typical challenges of that line, the equipment configuration we recommend for it, and the planning inputs we need from you before quoting.

Process stages covered
Equipment for these applications comes from six process families. A line normally combines two or more of them.
Cut & Strip
Measure, cut and strip insulation — pneumatic bench units through programmable cut-strip machines, plus coaxial, jacketed and busbar stripping.
Crimping & Termination
Crimp the terminal onto the stripped conductor — semi-automatic presses through fully automatic cut-strip-crimp platforms, with tube, shell, seal and copper tape insertion.
Tape, Wrap & Bundle
Wrap tape along the branch, tie the bundle, and mark it — full wrap, single-point and copper strip wrapping, nylon tie and winding systems.
Heat Shrink & Shielded Mesh
Shrink the sleeve onto the splice and process the shielding braid — enclosed, overhead and infrared baking with mesh brushing and cutting.
Welding
Join stranded copper by ultrasonic welding without solder or filler metal, with cross-section and pull-force verification.
Assembly & Auxiliary
Tinning, component assembly, dispensing, foaming, boxing and battery pack lines — configured per product rather than selected from a catalogue.
