Product Features

1.The equipment is mainly constructed with branded original components, completing functions such as wire cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping with precise movements and stable performance.

2.The main unit is equipped with a built-in 4-wheel synchronous wire feeder to maintain constant wire tension, and comes with an automatic terminal tape cutting device.

3.Controlled by the main unit's motion control card, with Chinese/English touchscreen for parameter setting, featuring short adjustment time and easy operation.

4.Compatible with horizontal-feed and straight-feed OTP terminal dies.

5.Energy-saving, space-saving, and environmentally friendly equipment.

6.Two working modes:

Mode 1: One wire is heat-shrunk with tubing, the other is not, then combined crimping, followed by heat-shrinking tubing on the crimped end.

Mode 2: Two wires are individually heat-shrunk with tubing, then combined crimping and heat-shrinking with an additional layer of tubing.
