Dual-end synchronous processing (End A & End B) integrates all procedures: wire cutting, double-layer stripping, core sorting, terminal crimping, CCD inspection, connector housing insertion, heat shrink tube sleeving and thermal baking. Zero manual operation required, greatly cutting labor costs.

2.Multi-dimensional full CCD visual inspection with automatic defective sorting

Equipped with dual-channel Hikvision CCD vision system, it detects core color errors, stripping defects, terminal appearance flaws, housing seating position, missing terminals/tubes/housings, combined with air pressure and crimp force monitoring systems. Defective products are automatically separated, with qualified yield controlled at 3‰.

3.Wide compatibility for diversified wire harness orders

Compatible with AWG28#~AWG20# wires, 2P–10P universal connector housings, heat shrink tubes with outer diameter 4–12mm. Wire cutting length ranges from 130mm to 1500mm with adjustable stripping dimensions; custom non-standard machines available based on customer samples.

Production capacity reaches 500–550 finished sets per hour for wires under 1000mm. Cutting tolerance: ±(0.2%*L+1)mm. Fitted with Huizhong crimp force monitor and 2-ton crimping main unit for stable crimp quality.
