Equipment Features

1.An automated device designed for dispersing and cutting the braided layer of shielded cables and shielding meshes to a specified length. This machine adopts a pneumatic-electrical working principle: first dispersing the shielding layer with a brush, then turning it over, and finally cutting it with a shear blade. The minimum retention after turning-over is 3mm; common retention options are 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm.

2.The braid dispersing brush is a custom-made metal brush with a service life of over 6 months, supporting forward/reverse brushing and speed adjustment.

3.The machine uses blades made of imported steel to ensure excellent cutting performance.

4.Controlled by a foot pedal switch for simple and safe operation.

5.Equipped with a dedicated waste collection box to collect trimmed scraps, preventing splashing and keeping the workspace clean.
