- Dimension & Weight：150x50x140mm, 1-1.5kg
- The equipment consists of two parts: cavity plate and bundling mechanism. The cavity plate is customized according to the cable tie style, and the bundling mechanism is a universal standard part.
- 1.This equipment only functions for automatic cable tie tensioning and tail cutting. Due to its functional characteristics, its success rate and stability are infinitely close to 100%. 2.This equipment can be used independently in a single station, or multiple bundling heads can be combined arbitrarily with product tooling to form a multi-station system with one-button start/stop. The distance between two adjacent bundling positions is not less than 50mm, and they can be placed arbitrarily. 3.To use different styles of cable ties, this equipment only needs to replace the top cavity plate, which is convenient and fast, and the mold change cost is extremely low. 4.The tension force and tail length of this equipment can be adjusted by itself. 5.The standard version has a flat notch after cable tie tail cutting. The notch shape can be changed to an arc shape by replacing the cutter accessory. The cutter accessory is an independent module and can be quickly disassembled and replaced. 6.The standard version is triggered by a foot switch; it can be modified to be triggered by inductive triggering, micro switch, etc.

MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.
