- This machine is a semi-automatic waterproof plugging machine for automatic threading and waterproofing of stripped wires. The waterproof plugs have a good consistency of penetration depth, which greatly improves the wear rate of the waterproof plugs and increases productivity. The waterproof plugs are automatically fed into place by means of a drum and the threads are manually placed in the working position. The puncturing of the waterproof plugs is done automatically by depressing a foot switch. For waterproof plugs of the same size, it is only necessary to replace the corresponding rail.

MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
