- Full automatic 5 Wire cutting and striping twisting tinning terminal crimping machine, it uses stuck-type applicator, and it is easy and convenient to disassemble , Different terminal different crimping applicator,Process 5 wires at same time ，High productivity achieve 6600 pcs per hour,It’s Greatly Improved stripping speed and save labor cost.
- 1.Not need replace the back end stripping clamp change Long / short cutting, realizing second change, which is the first in China 2. The motor type twisted wire is realized, There are two kindly of twisting type , like positive and negative. You can directly setting twisting speed on machine ;
- 3. The cutting blades holder is Mitsubishi servo with precision screw rod double guide, front and rear stripping screw double guide and Japanese three servo motor;
- 4. Full color English touch display with full digital operation. It's very easy to operate
- 5. Two kinds of terminal material cutting ，It can be equipped with horizontal Applicator, vertical applicator and flag applicator

TR-DD02 — Purchasing FAQ
MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.
