Features & Details
- Applicable Wire Diameter：Outer Diameter 3.0~9.0mm
- 1.An automated device designed for dispersing and cutting the braided layer of shielded cables and shielding meshes to a specified length. This machine adopts a pneumatic-electrical working principle: first dispersing the shielding layer with a brush, then turning it over, and finally cutting it with a shear blade. The minimum retention after turning-over is 3mm; common retention options are 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm.
- 2.The braid dispersing brush is a custom-made metal brush with a service life of over 6 months, supporting forward/reverse brushing and speed adjustment.
- 3.The machine uses blades made of imported steel to ensure excellent cutting performance.
- 4.Controlled by a foot pedal switch for simple and safe operation.
- 5.Equipped with a dedicated waste collection box to collect trimmed scraps, preventing splashing and keeping the workspace clean.

MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.
