- After the workpiece tie, the tie does not slide, adjustable tightness
- Widely used in a variety of stator, wire harness, electronic connecting wire, home appliances and other industry positions
- This equipment can realize the functions of automatic discharging, feeding, coiling, tightening and cutting of disordered ties as follows:
- 1、Put the disorderly tie into the automatic discharging device, realize the tie through the pipeline to the gun head;
- 2, artificial foot pedal to start the foot pedal, to achieve automatic feeding, tape, tightening, cutting and collecting waste and other actions, collecting waste process is strictly prohibited waste material into the two components;
- 3、Shear the line after the wire tie head to stay tail, minimum 0.5 mm, maximum adjustable tie all the remaining tail material.

MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
Our factory holds CE certification and ISO9001 quality management, and orders can be protected by Alibaba Trade Assurance. Certificates are available on request.
