- TR-880Z Fully automatic double head wire stripping and bending machine(up to 35mm²)
- 1.This is a fully automatic BV hard wire cutting, stripping and bending machine,which can process up to 35 square wires. This machine adopts 6 wire feedingwheels up and down to increase the motor to feed the wire, and also can be cus-tomised belt feeding device, which increases the contact area between the wirefeeding wheels and the wire, and can prevent the wire from slipping between thefeeding wheels,and provide strong power to strip the wire.

Unique design of rear stripping clip makes this machine support wire tail strip-ping, after the wire is finished bending, the rear stripping clip will return the wire tothe knife holder for wire tail stripping. This is not the same as the principle of bend-ing and stripping machine without rear stripping clip function, although somemodels without rear stripping clip can also strip the end of the wire, but will be sub-ject to the length of the wire as well as the tightness of the wire skin limitations, andit is in the bending ofthe skin before stripping. MOQ is 1 machine for standard models — you can trial a single unit on one line before scaling. Custom dies are ordered by piece.
Common standard models are in stock and can ship right away; customised (non-standard) machines are built to order in 7–15 days. Dies and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Standard terms are T/T — 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment. L/C and Alibaba Trade Assurance are also accepted.
